Financial Policy

Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you have dental insurance, we will submit a predetermination to your plan. When you have received a response from your plan, in the mail, informing you of your exact coverage for the planned procedures, you must bring that letter with you to our office.  Please note that some insurance companies will not send you a confirmation letter. For these plans, it is your responsibility to log in to your online account to check the status of your predetermination. Please print that page and bring the printout with you to your appointment. We will then be pleased to accept assignment of your benefits (i.e. we will bill your plan) and only bill you for any portion of our fees that your plan does not cover.   If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Winnipeg Office Phone Number 204-942-2511. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. You will receive a statement from our office if there is a portion of our fees that your insurance does not cover. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
